This ensures that you know what to expect from your visit, how your experience may differ from before Covid-19, and helps us to keep things running smoothly, efficiently, and as safely as possible for all our clients and staff. Thankyou.

🌱 24Hour Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings. Any Cancellation; No Show; or Reduction in Treatments made within this timescale will be charged in full as booked (this charge will be a remaining balance after the Booking Fee has been deducted)
🌱 We charge a £5 'Non Refundable Booking Fee' on all services at the point of booking. This is deducted off your bill on the day of treatment. If you need to change your appointment, we can transfer this Booking Fee to a future booking in the same name providing 24-hours notice has been given (changes within this timescale are non transferrable). 
🌱 Please arrive for your appointment no earlier than 5minutes ahead of your booked time. This ensures that we adhere to Social Distance measures for both clients AND 'waiting' clients
🌱 We’ve allocated a 15 minute gap between each client to fully clean & sanitise all surfaces & tools and also to ensure there's no client cross over
🌱 Unfortunately if you arrive late for your appointment we’ll be unable to extend the finish time and we may not be able to complete all services booked. This is to ensure we adhere to the required guidelines of gaps between clients 
🌱 An Online Consultation/Ongoing Consultation form will be emailed to you when we confirm your appointment. Please complete & return at any point before your visit
🌱 A Covid-19 HealthCheck will be emailed to you a day or two before your appointment. Please complete & return 24-48hrs before your visit (this ensures the symptoms check is up to date)
🌱 If you experience any Covid-19 symptoms then please cancel your appointment immediately and you won't be charged. You'll just need to wait 14days before being booked back in
🌱 Please come alone to enable us to adhere to Social Distance measures - no friends, no family.. and please no food
🌱 Touchless sanitisers are in our Reception Area & Treatment Rooms - please use these as you arrive & leave the salon. Where there are sinks, you’ll now find paper towel dispensers too
🌱 Please follow Social Distance guidelines throughout the salon
🌱 All staff in Renaissance Hair & The Waxing Lounge will be wearing correct PPE
🌱 We require you to wear a mask for your treatment and we ask where possible that you arrive in it. If you forget, we’ll provide one free of charge for the first 6weeks, after this we’ll charge £1 per mask (from 24th Aug 2020)
🌱 We’re unable to apply any Discounts or take/mark Loyalty Cards for the first few weeks (except 10% NHS Discount)
🌱 You’re able to pay by Cash or Card and contactless is now accepted upto £45
🌱 We’re unable to provide drinks - you’re welcome to bring one with you but please ensure it has a lid, and that you take the bottle/cup away with you when you leave
